Process

How tastings unfold

Chef plating during tasting

You receive a digital briefing with timing, glassware, and optional kit storage. In-studio guests are seated; remote guests sync via our player with chapter markers per course.

Chefs narrate mise-en-place, sauces, and service gestures—then open the room for questions. Most evenings run 2–2.5 hours including welcome bites.

If you cook along, ingredients are listed by stage so you are never chopping during a critical sauce moment; if you watch only, chapters let you revisit a technique the next day. Technical support stays in the chat throughout—no bots, just humans who have run these shows before.

About our tastings

We prioritise narrative: where ingredients were grown, how a restaurant’s lineage shows on the plate, and what makes a pairing honest rather than loud. Every event is insured and staffed with technical producers so focus stays on flavour.

Accessibility matters to us: we caption key streams where budgets allow, offer ingredient substitutions in PDFs, and flag shellfish, gluten, and alcohol clearly before you pay. If you are unsure which format fits—pure demonstration versus full cook-along—ask us; we would rather steer you right than sell the wrong night.
